I won an Innovation and Transformation award for my work in Local Authority and have coached numerous individuals from those who were terrified of giving presentations to people who desperately wanted a promotion, but didn’t know how to achieve it. Having a goal and a plan is the key to fulfilling potential and realising your ambition. I have been fortunate enough to coach staff who were then able to step up within their own organisation. Internal recruitment is hugely cost saving,  immensely rewarding and is much easier than inducting and training a new staff member.
